Pintarse Preterite (Past) Tense in Castilian Spanish

The preterite of pintarse is used to express when someone put on makeup at a specific moment in the past. For example, when you want to say “I put on makeup for the wedding” – “Me pinté para la boda.”

This is a regular -ar reflexive verb in the preterite tense. Like all reflexive verbs, it requires the appropriate reflexive pronoun before each conjugated form.
