Convertir Conditional Mood in Latin American Spanish

The Conditional Mood of proponer is used to express what you would propose or suggest in a hypothetical situation, for example: Te propondría ir al cine esta noche. (I would propose going to the movies tonight.)

Proponer is a stem-changing verb, which means the vowel in the stem changes in certain conjugations. For the Conditional, the o changes to o->o->o->o->o->o->o across all subjects.
