Presentar Future Tense in Latin American Spanish

The Future Tense of Presentar is used to express actions that will take place in the future, for example, Presentaré mi proyecto mañana. (I will present my project tomorrow.)

Usage of Presentar in the Future Tense

Presentar generally means to present, introduce or submit something, but has several different meanings in the Future Tense, some of which might surprise you.

To present or introduce: For example, Presentaré mi nuevo proyecto a los inversionistas. (I will present my new project to the investors.)

To submit or file: For example, Presentaré mi solicitud de empleo mañana. (I will submit my job application tomorrow.)

To show up or appear (colloquial): For example, Me presentaré en tu casa a las 8 pm. (I will show up at your house at 8 pm.)

To have a premonition (colloquial): For example, Presiento que se presentará un problema mañana. (I have a feeling a problem will show up tomorrow.)
