Seguir is an e to i stem-changing verb in the present subjunctive. The stem vowel e changes to i in all forms except nosotros and vosotros.

Usage of Seguir in the Subjunctive Mood
Seguir generally means “to follow” or “to continue”, but has several different meanings in the Subjunctive Mood, some of which might surprise you.
To continue doing something: for example, Espero que sigas estudiando (I hope you continue studying).
To keep on/to go on: for example, Aunque llueva, sigamos caminando (Even if it rains, let’s keep walking).
To remain/to stay: for example, Aunque esté enfermo, sigue en el trabajo (Even though he’s sick, he remains at work).
To pursue/to persevere: for example, Sigue luchando por tus sueños (Keep pursuing your dreams).
To obey/to follow (instructions): for example, Sigan las instrucciones al pie de la letra (Follow the instructions to the letter).
To continue being/to remain (a certain way): for example, Sigue siendo mi mejor amigo (He remains my best friend).
To be next/to follow: for example, A continuación siga la próxima diapositiva (Next, follow the next slide).
Colloquially, to keep bothering/annoying: for example, ¡Deja de seguirme la vida! (Stop bothering me about my life!) – Note this is a rude usage.
