Suponer Future Tense in Castilian Spanish

Usage of Suponer in the Future Tense

Suponer generally means to assume or suppose something, but has several different meanings in the Future Tense, some of which might surprise you.

To assume or suppose: For example, Supondré que ya has terminado tu tarea. (I will assume that you have already finished your homework.)

To imply or suggest: For example, Este resultado supondrá un gran cambio para la empresa. (This result will imply a big change for the company.)

To consider or believe: For example, No supondré que eres culpable hasta que se demuestre. (I will not consider you guilty until it is proven.)
